Forton Homes presents La Ville – a luxurious project of fifteen single-family houses, meeting the idea of modern urban life – luxury and comfort close to nature and minutes away from the city center. Created and designed by renowned architects LP Architects, the houses in the complex have spacious functional layouts.

The complex has seven types of houses which, depending on the design, have an elevator, private garage, green courtyards, swimming pool, underground garages, and their own private forest. The water supply is solved with two types of water – for drinking and for irrigation. Each house also has its own water treatment plant. Automated irrigation is provided for the yards, gasification, underfloor heating, swimming pool and internal lift. The designed English courtyards in the basement areas, give a feeling of spaciousness in front of the huge French windows. The entrance door is 3.50 m high and the height of the ground floor is 313 cm. The windows are SHUCO with toughened glass and will let sunlight into the property all year round.

All houses are offered in full completion in terms of exterior environment and vertical layout: landscaping and irrigation system; paving on driveways, roads and sidewalks, vertical and horizontal road markings; street lighting and site infrastructure.

The area of Pancharevo is distinguished by crystal clear air, proximity to natural locations for entertainment and recreation. In the immediate vicinity are the Anglo-American School, the most modern on the Balkans – Sofia Beach Volleyball, swimming pool, hotel, restaurant, the renovated base of CSKA football, rowing base Pancharevo, and the largest veterinary clinic – Blue Cross.
